Sync With Life is trauma-informed coaching embedded in spiritual traditions from the Four Sacred Traditions. WENDY WATKINS facilitates practices infused with scientific knowledge of attachment and relational neurophysiological processes. Wendy is a certified practitioner of Somatic Archaeology©. She is also informed by degrees from university education and vast ‘career’ experiences.

Wendy facilitates empowering strategies for those motivated toward human wholeness. Wholeness is where the mind-body is no longer a problem or ‘pain-body’. First, guiding a client’s awareness to connecting and communing with the Self through embodiment practices such as attunement and Somatic Archaeology©.

For clients with readiness and committed willingness, the evolutionary potential of mind-body-emotions-spirit integration becomes a movement. Through spiritual guidance, this integral movement synchronizes living within the moment-to-moment flow of Life, not as a perfect or static state of Being.

Wendy is a Coach and, as an ordained minister, uses spiritual direction. Her educational history includes a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She is a retired US Military Officer with accumulated C-level experience in public and private sectors.
